01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bd56" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to bd56 and the online gaming services available at bd56.io and its subdomains.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a bd56 account or is accessing the platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration on the bd56 platform.
• "Funds" / "Balance" — real money deposited to and held within a Member's bd56 account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits issued by bd56 subject to wagering requirements and the bonus terms set out in Section 8.
• "Services" — all games, betting markets, casino products, rummy tables, bingo rooms, and any other features available on the bd56 platform.
• "Payment Method" — any approved deposit or withdrawal channel including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other supported providers.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total amount a Member must wager using bonus funds before those funds or winnings derived from them become withdrawable.
• "Effective Date" — the date on which a version of these Terms & Conditions comes into force, as stated in the hero section of this page.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the bd56 platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game — you enter into a binding agreement with bd56 governed by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the bd56 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bd56. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

bd56 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

03 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on bd56, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of bd56 or any of its affiliated game studios or payment partners.
• You do not hold more than one active bd56 account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the bd56 platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

bd56 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address from any Member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

04 Account Registration

To access the full range of bd56 services, you must register a Member account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

One Account Per Member

Each individual may hold only one active account on the bd56 platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.

Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated on your account remains accurate. bd56 is not liable for losses arising from incorrect contact details, including missed withdrawal notifications or security alerts sent to an outdated mobile number or email address.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bd56 operates a Know Your Customer process in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations. You may be required to submit identification documents including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address and payment method verification, before withdrawals are processed or bonus funds are released.

05 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd56 login credentials, including your username and password. bd56 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify bd56 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bd56 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account upon receiving such notification. However, bd56 is not liable for losses incurred prior to notification where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

You must not share your account access with any other person. Allowing a third party to operate your account — including for deposit, withdrawal, or wagering purposes — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account closure.

06 Deposits and Payments

bd56 accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the approved Payment Methods listed on the bd56 platform at the time of deposit. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer services. The list of accepted Payment Methods is subject to change and Members should refer to the current deposit page for the most up-to-date information.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a current promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are set out on the deposit page and may vary by Payment Method.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bd56 account within 30 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. bd56 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems or scheduled maintenance windows.

Deposit Integrity

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are not permitted. bd56 reserves the right to return funds and close accounts where third-party deposits are identified.

07 Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of real-money funds (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to an approved Payment Method registered in their own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Processing Times

bd56 aims to process withdrawal requests within one to three hours of approval for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional identity verification is required.

Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per rolling period are displayed on the withdrawal page and may vary by Payment Method and account verification status.

Withdrawal Conditions

bd56 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or review of betting activity where unusual patterns have been identified. Members will be informed of any hold placed on their withdrawal and the reason for it where disclosure does not prejudice an ongoing investigation.

Where a Member has received a deposit bonus, any deposit amount that contributed to a bonus must complete the associated wagering requirement before the corresponding real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw without satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

08 Bonuses and Promotions

bd56 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of opt-in, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry dates. These specific bonus terms form part of this agreement and must be read in conjunction with this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, and per device (IP address).
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the bd56 platform.
• bd56 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit promotional terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated expiry period. Bonuses and associated winnings not meeting requirements within the expiry period will be removed from the Member's account.
• bd56 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines that the bonus was obtained in breach of these terms.

Responsible Use of Bonuses

Bonuses are promotional tools intended to enhance the entertainment value of the platform. They should not be viewed as a reliable method of generating profit. Members are encouraged to review wagering requirements carefully before accepting any promotional offer.

09 Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on the bd56 platform is governed by its own specific rules provided by the respective game studio — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Spribe, and others. These rules are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the rules as stated.

Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games (slots, RNG table games, virtual games) on the bd56 platform use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and audited. bd56 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined solely by the game provider's certified software.

Live Casino and Sports Betting

Live casino games are streamed from certified studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Sports betting odds and markets are provided in real time and may be suspended or removed at any time where a market is determined to be incomplete, corrupted by outside information, or subject to integrity concerns.

Void Bets and Technical Faults

Where a fault is identified after winnings have been paid, bd56 reserves the right to reclaim incorrectly paid amounts from the Member's account balance.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd56 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with any part of the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members in poker, rummy, or any card game on the platform.
• Placing bets designed to manipulate bonus wagering requirements without genuine play intent (bonus abuse).
• Depositing or withdrawing funds linked to criminal activity, including money laundering.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a valid payment made to bd56.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bd56 support staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool, including self-exclusion.

11 Responsible Gaming

bd56 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products and services. The platform provides a range of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings at any time.

If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] or use the self-exclusion tool immediately. bd56 processes all self-exclusion requests within 24 hours. A self-excluded Member must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by registering a new account; doing so is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

bd56 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Abusive behaviour directed at support staff or other Members.
• Identification of the Member as an underage individual.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Member.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring account closure.

Member-Initiated Closure

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified Payment Method within five business days. Accounts closed due to self-exclusion requests are subject to the Responsible Gaming Policy and may not be reopened before the exclusion period expires.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the bd56 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of bd56 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the bd56 platform without prior written consent from bd56.

Game content, including graphics, sounds, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi). Any use of such content outside the platform interface is subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd56 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

bd56's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bd56 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. bd56 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

15 Privacy and Data Protection

bd56 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at bd56.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

bd56 uses SSL encryption on all platform pages to protect personal and financial data transmitted between your device and bd56 servers. bd56 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or by these Terms & Conditions.

Members have the right to request access to their personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of data subject to legal retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted to [email protected].

16 Amendments to These Terms

bd56 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bd56 will provide reasonable notice to Members via the platform or by email to the address registered on the Member's account. The Effective Date displayed on this page will be updated to reflect the date the revised terms come into force.

Your continued use of the bd56 platform after the Effective Date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 12.
